Our Skin Rejuvenation treatment rejuvenates the skin using industry renowned light based technology, without the need for injections used in similar procedures.
All parts of the skin and body can be treated using the safe, visible light technology, leaving you looking younger and fresher with the skin feeling smoother by removing age spots, sun damage and diffused redness. Uneven pigmentation is also reduced, many female patients reported that it becomes easier to apply make up following treatment.
Fine Lines and wrinkles
A laser wrinkle treatment vaporizes the surrounding skin with light and heat and stimulates collagen production which allows the wrinkles to become less deep. The deeper the wrinkles are, the more treatments will be necessary.
Hyper-pigmentation is defined as excess pigmentation in a bodily part or tissue, including the skin. Hyperpigmentation removal treatments target darkened areas of your skin, which may be a result of hormones, sun damage, injuries, your skin type, medications or acne. For example, melasma — sometimes called “the mask of pregnancy” — is marked by brown to gray-brown patches on the face that occur as a result of hormonal changes associated with pregnancy.
IPL/Laser treatment can reduce the pigmentation effectively.
This unique technology carefully filters the light to ensure that only clinically relevant wavelengths reach the skin, meaning optimum safety in the procedure. Naturally, the body responds to this safe and visible light to absorb it to the targeted area.
Acne and acne scar treatment
Our acne treatment gets straight to the root of the problem. This unique treatment uses specifically selected wavelengths and optimised pulse duration and shape. The light is absorbed by haemoglobin, the red pigment in the blood, which then heats the area producing a minor reaction to the sebaceous glands. This in turn slows down the overall production of oil that leads to acne, thus dramatically reducing the chance of spots and minimising the appearance of pores in general.
Redness and flushing, which are probably the most prominent and common features of rosacea, are, in my opinion, best treated with lasers. This technology is also highly effective in treating the red lines (telangietasis) that appear when the tiny blood vessels under the skin become enlarged. Laser treatments can rosacea effectively.
Although most patients see a significant improvement in their symptoms following one laser session, several sessions are usually needed to complete the treatment. If you then make the effort to avoid rosacea-aggravating sun exposure (by wearing a strong sunscreen daily), visible blood vessels may not return for years.
